IA Wireframes

In IA we use the term "wireframes" to refer to low-graphic mockups. They are mean to show potential page layout before the graphic designer has been given the task of designing the actual graphical appearance of the pages.

Wireframes can be done in many programs including: Word, Illustrator, Photoshop, or even hand drawn.

A major feature of the wireframes is the setting of the site "labels" such as Home, Products, Services, Search etc.

At Zoumas IT Group when we consult on an IA project, the wireframes are the second thing we like to do after the blueprints are completed.
